Studio Unit - C, located on floors 6th to 18th, is 24.65 square meters in floor area and is comprised of a sleeping area, kitchen area, dining area, and toilet and bath.  Studio with Balcony – A unit, on the other hand, is 27 square meters in floor area with similar features as Studio Unit - C, only with an added balcony. The units are on floors 6th to 8th. 

One-bedroom units feature one bedroom, kitchen area, dining area, and toilet and bath. One-Bedroom Unit - A has a total of 2 units. Each unit has a floor area ranging from 34.15 to 34.20 square meters and can be located on 17th and 18th floors. One-Bedroom Unit – B, located on floors 6th to 18th, is more spacious with a floor area of 38.70 square meters. There is a total of 11 units for this model. On floors 12th to 16th, three units of One-Bedroom with Balcony – B are located. Each unit has a floor area of 44.90 square meters. One-Bedroom with Balcony – D and One-Bedroom with Balcony - F, on the other hand, are both limited on the 5th floor at available at only one unit each. The floor area of the former is 45.60 square meters while the latter is more spacious with a floor area of 55.70 square meters.

The Two-Bedroom with Balcony – C unit has a balcony, two bedrooms, kitchen and dining areas, and toilet and bath. It has a total of 11 units available throughout the 6th to 18th floors. Each unit has a floor area of 51.95 square meters.

The bedrooms for all units have modular closets. There is also a provision for the exhaust system in the kitchen areas and the kitchen counters utilize a polished granite material while the overheads and base use laminated modular cabinet and drawers. The windows for all units have a clear glass with powder-coated aluminum frame finish. Each toilet and bath have a complete set of faucets, lavatory, shower fixtures and shower enclosure. As for flooring, ceramic tiles are used on the main units, bedrooms, and toilet and baths while rustic tiles are used on the balconies. The ceilings in all areas are 2.7 meters in height, utilizing a gypsum board with flat latex paint.  All units utilize panel doors while T&Bs use PVC with louver doors. Bedrooms, on the other hand, use MDF doors. All balconies have a tempered glass and stainless steel railing, with a clear glass with powder-coated aluminum frame door.

West Avenue Residences’ water source is Maynilad and its power supply is Meralco. There is a standby generator for common areas, 2 units of passenger elevators, and 1 unit of service elevator. Each unit has a provision for 1-2 telephone lines and cable TV. Residents will also feel secure and safe as there is a 24-hour security with CCTV and automatic heat and smoke detectors. The development project was ready for occupancy by the last quarter of 2015.
